There’s something I’ve been doing for a while now ….I give free books to kids until the day they graduate high school. All they have to do is go to my Flea Market booth #43 at Copeland Switch in Grove Oklahoma, go to my booth, and pick out a book that they want. Then tell the cashier “Julie Pace is giving me a free book” or anything close to that. Limit one book per kid per visit.

There are also books to purchase at the very low price of $2.99 if you want more than one.

ANY purchase made at my Flea Market booth goes back into buying more books to give away. I do not turn a profit whatsoever at my Flea Market booth.

Also, Dolly Parton sends any child under the age of five a free brand new book via mail. You can get the details about that on the Grove Rotary page and website.

So take Dolly and I up on some free books this summer! 👩🏼‍🦱👩🏻‍🦱📚

Most Real Estate companies have a brokerage fees limit. Once agents pay/reach that limit, agents are over their earnings threshold and are considered at 100%. We like to call it the “100% club”.

I’m excited and honored to have reached the 100% club in only 2 1/2 months! The rest of 2022 belongs to me!

I have reached the 100% club every year of my career. I always thought it was because I go above and beyond for my clients and love what I do. But it’s something deeper than that. I was raised in a family where integrity, honesty and hardwork was expected.

 “Treat other people like you want to be treated” and “the customer is always right” aren’t just words. I believe that 100%. That’s MY club.

Took a winter boat ride 2 days ago, and couldn't resist one shot from directly underneath "The Bridge to Nowhere". BTW check out the working street light visible in the extreme upper left. How is this possible? But maybe an unexplained light, on a lost bridge to nowhere, is just par for the course on Grand Lake, OK (LOL). Enjoy, RC
