My Year-End 2022 Real Estate Market Analysis is now complete.

To briefly REVIEW the Year-End 2022 results, let me give you a few quick insights:
• TOTAL Dollars Spent on Real Estate was UP 7% from last year (2021)
• TOTAL Dollars Spent on Real Estate was $423 Million
• TOTAL number of PROPERTIES of all types sold is DOWN 7% to 1,537
• Dollars spent on HOMES is about THE SAME at $317 Million
• Number of HOMES sold is DOWN 8%
• Dollars spent on WATERFRONT HOMES is DOWN 6% at $134 Million
• Dollars spent on LUXURY HOMES ($600,000+) is about THE SAME at $110 Million
o NOTE: LUXURY HOME criteria increased to $600,000 for 2022
• Number of LUXURY HOMES sold is DOWN 9%
• Dollars spent on WATERFRONT LOTS is UP 60% to $16 Million
• Dollars spent on FARMS is UP 5% to $24 Million
• Conventional Financing is DOWN 8% to $136 Million
• Conventional Financing LOANS is DOWN 14%
• Cash Financing is UP 11% to $139 Million
• Dollars spent on Grove Area Real Estate is DOWN 5% to $210 Million
• South Counties Real Estate is UP 19% to $116 Million
