Northeast Oklahoma Board of REALTORS This is the official page for the Northeast Oklahoma Board of REALTORS® The dam towers as much as 150 feet above the riverbed.

The Northeast Oklahoma Board of REALTORS® incorporated April 10, 1981, and serves Craig, Delaware, Northeast Mayes and Ottawa Counties. We serve approximately 31 primary member offices and another 51 offices that have individual members that have chosen to join as secondary members, totaling over 372 REALTOR® members and approximately 26 Affiliate Members and 31 Appraiser Members. Our REALTORS® work in an area with diverse issues which require specialization in GRDA property lines, U.S. Army Corp of Engineer flowage easements, water level issues, dock requirements & licensing, etc. Grand Lake of the Cherokees is approximately 66 miles long, with 44,000 surface acres, and 1,300 miles of shoreline, the most in the state of Oklahoma. The Pensacola Dam at the south end of the lake is the world's longest multiple arch dam, spanning almost one mile.
