At American Property Services, we pride ourselves on quality professional service at extremely affordable prices with prompt results ending in a win-win, headache-free situation. Our contracts are based on real world experience and help to eliminate the need for costly attorney fees. We manage all kinds of properties, from studio apartments & single-family homes to large apartment complexes, investment/income & commercial properties, and homeowners associations. American Property Services handles all forms of repairs and maintenance for each property managed. Owners have the option of using their own vendors or those hired regularly by APS. All the vendors we use are independent and have their own insurance, license, etc.; they are not affiliated with APS. Vendors called by APS usually provide us with a lower bid due to the amount of work they are provided by our company. American Property Services will assist all clients in evicting any occupant who is behind in their rent or in breach of their contract. In the event that an owner is unable to attend an eviction hearing, APS will go to the hearing with the eviction attorney on the owner's behalf. APS attends all hearings in person. A small fee is charged for this service, depending on how many hearings are attended, and is taken from the tenant's security deposit. American Property Services is bonded along with insured.

This is Maga! She has been in a shelter for almost a year period I was looking for a kitten and went to the Santa Maria shelter and saw her. she was extremely shy and very nervous when I showed an interest in her. But one of the girls at the shelter told me. " you don't want her because she was not friendly. And she probably wouldn't be good with my other cat who was also a tortoise and a rescue". Add my 2 yorkies and what i call grandson yorkie that comes over every day and a doberman pincher. I felt they're trying hard to not get me to take this one kitten. She's about a year old but whenever I got around her. She started needing the blankets and stuff with her paws. She never acted like R***r did when I went and got him. R***r hissed and growled and carried on like he was gonna kill me if took him home so I took him anyway. R***r is 7 months and he will be the next picture you see. It took mega my new cat 3 hours from hiding in my house to come up on my chair lay next to me with two dogs and the doberman watching. Finally, it was time to go to bed.Maga ran and hid again but within a couple of hours she jumped in bed, laid on my arm and softly purred. I think the moral of this story is Follow your heart do what you think You should do and do it. I have a very happy household.
