✅ Condos and townhomes are softer, with a median list price of $950,000, 11 available, giving buyers a slight advantage.
~ The takeaway: Pismo Beach buyers and sellers need to look at the property type, not just the citywide market. Detached homes are acting stronger. Condos and townhomes are moving slower.
