I’m thrilled to share that the edits for Chapter 13 of Building Wealth After Hours are officially locked in and ready for typesetting. This chapter—titled "Just Minding My Business"—covers the wild ride of acquiring and stabilizing Property Number 9 (Ridgewood-9) back in 2024.

Writing this one brought back a flood of memories (and a few gray hairs), and I wanted to drop a few teaser tidbits of what readers can expect when the book launches this November:
