Sea Ranch at Coastal Realty — Free Rental Housing-Help Program for Local Families

Mason’s Sea Ranch at Coastal Realty in Gualala is launching a new community program to help local families find affordable rental homes in our community— free of charge.

What we’re doing

• We will locate available rentals and compile a vetted list of available homes to rent for families in in our community.

• We will proactively reach out on social media and to local homeowners to identify rental opportunities.

• There is no fee for families or homeowners — this is a community service to help increase access to affordable housing in our community.

Gualala, Point Arena, Manchester, Irish Beach, Sea Ranch, and surrounding coastal communities.

How to get involved

• Families seeking housing: contact us with your needs (number of bedrooms, preferred area, move-in timeline).

• Homeowners with available rentals or interested in helping: please get in touch — we’ll handle outreach and match families at no charge.

• Follow us on social media for updates and listings.
