Some homes make you want to slow down. This is one of them. 🌲🔥

At 17831 Old Monte Rio Road, River life comes with mornings among the redwoods, afternoons on the Russian River, sunset dinners on the deck, and cozy evenings gathered around a dramatic rock fireplace.

I love how this Guerneville retreat balances vintage California character with thoughtful modern updates, from the refreshed kitchen and bathrooms to the herringbone floors, mini-split heating and A/C, and flexible lower-level living space.

And the detached garage? Plenty of room for the kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and all the gear that comes with life at the River.

Just minutes from downtown Guerneville and the Russian River, this is a home that feels equally right for summer weekends and year-round living.
