This is extremely important. Please get involved and ask your Congress members to postpone this for a year to allow Condos to prepare for this. This could be extremely devastating to may Condo Communities and to many people who own them.

The Limited Review process for condos disappears on August 3, 2026. After that date, every condo transaction moves to Full Review and reserve funding requirements climb to 15 percent.
