Congratulations to my Buyer, M & L, who secured this condo in a multiple-bid situation 🎉
They were referred to me by a family member who lives in the area, and our first meeting was a Zoom call back in mid June. They were looking for a second home in Guilford or Madison, had a specific budget, and weren’t in a rush.
I set them up on an auto alert, answered questions, and stayed in touch as the right property came along. After visiting Connecticut and realizing the first few options weren’t quite “the one,” I suggested they consider Branford based on what they were looking for... restaurants, a town center, things to do, easy commuting and, of course, a great condo.
That’s when I shared Turtle Bay 🏡
When I went to schedule the showing, I learned the Seller had already received an offer and was hoping to move quickly. I immediately reached out to my Buyer, and thankfully, the Seller was willing to give them the extra time needed to get to CT.
After several conversations and negotiations with the listing agent, we were able to put together an offer that was compelling enough to win in a competitive situation 🙌🏻
This is why I love what I do... listening to my clients, knowing the market, thinking outside the box and, sometimes, simply knowing when to make the right move.
