You probably think as a general rule of thumb, brand new homes costs more than existing homes. But right now, that's backwards. This shows just how much.

A newly built home costs about $40k less than an existing one right now. That's because builders are cutting prices and piling on incentives to keep their inventory moving.

And that opens up a window for you to get brand new everything for less than you may expect.

✨ A New Chapter for Our Maddie ✨

It is with both sadness and so much excitement for her future that we share that Madison Nye has decided to step away from real estate and return to school to pursue her Master’s degree in Social Work.

As anyone who knows Maddie can attest, she brings an incredible amount of positivity, kindness and heart to everything she does. We have absolutely loved having her as part of the Dacey Coastal Properties Team, and we already miss her bright smile and positive presence more than we can say. ❤️

But real estate isn’t a part-time endeavor — and neither is pursuing a Master’s degree! We are incredibly proud of Maddie for following her heart and taking this next step toward a career where we know her compassion and genuine love for helping others will serve her beautifully.

As Maddie begins this exciting new chapter, Dacey Coastal Properties Team moves forward as Heather Dacey, Darielis Gracia and Lexi Laurello — continuing to work together to provide our clients with the personal attention, expertise and exceptional service they have come to expect from our team.
