Not really sure where the time has gone because it feels like just yesterday you were little. Watching you grow into the man you are today has been one of my greatest blessings. We could not be more proud of you from your career in the Navy to all the big moves you’re making in life.

You continue to make us proud every single day. We miss you so much over here, but seeing you chase your dreams and build your future makes it all worth it.

Last week, I had the honor of helping an amazing military family relocate to the Emerald Coast during a huge season of change in their lives. PCS moves are never easy, especially when you’re trying to buy a home from miles away, but it was truly a pleasure being their eyes and ears here while they were away making sure every detail was just right before they arrived.

This wasn’t just the purchase of a house… it was the beginning of a whole new chapter for their family. Between the move, the life changes, and all the moving pieces in between, I’m so thankful I was able to be part of the journey and help make the transition a little smoother.

Today was one of those nonstop real estate days… final walkthroughs, closings, phone calls, and running from one thing to the next. But in the middle of all the chaos, I got the best phone call from our Joey. ❤️🇺🇸

I didn’t get much time to talk and wasn’t able to grab a picture myself, so I stole this screenshot from Lexi’s post because this proud mom moment deserved to be shared. Seeing him standing there in his Navy uniform holding that certificate instantly stopped me in my tracks.

and suddenly you’re giving a full TED Talk on contracts, inspections, negotiations, timelines, emotions, and chaos?? 😅

Like yes… technically I “sell houses”…

But also…
I calm the panic when things go sideways
I translate confusing paperwork into real words
I negotiate like it’s my full-time sport
I keep deals alive when they shouldn’t survive
And I make sure you don’t make a $300k mistake

Here along the Emerald Coast, this month hits a little different.

Military Appreciation Month isn’t just something we post about… it’s our neighbors, our clients, our friends, our families.

From Pensacola to Panama City, this community is built around those who serve.

It’s early mornings, long deployments, homecomings, and everything in between.

It’s the sacrifice you don’t always see and the strength behind it.

This month, I just want to say thank you. Truly.

And not just with words, but by continuing to serve the people who serve us whether that’s helping you find a place to land, relocate, or just feel at home here along the Gulf.
