We’ve officially made it halfway through 2026, and I’m incredibly thankful that I’ve already had the opportunity to help 34 families buy or sell a home this year.

47% of that business came from friends, past clients, or referrals from past clients.

That means the world to me.

Next month marks 9 years in real estate, and I have worked my tail off to build the kind of business where people continue to come back to me and refer their friends and family, instead of spending all my time prospecting for the next client.

To me, that means I've done my job the right way—by taking care of people, building relationships, and being someone my clients trust.

If you tell me there’s nothing to do in Navarre, I’m taking it personally. 🤨

The truth is, if you’re bored, you’re just looking in the wrong places.

There are farmers markets where every stall hits, the park that everybody’s gatekeeping, and the one restaurant patio that fills up fast.

Here are a few worth knowing: 👇

Palafox Market in Downtown Pensacola: Vendors line the streets every Saturday with their gorgeous goods, I can’t pass it up.

Navarre Beach Pier: Get out early, because spots fill up fast, but the pier is the perfect spot to soak up all the rays and enjoy our Emerald Green waters.

Gulf Breeze Zoo: Lions, tigers, and bears oh my! The GB Zoo has something for everyone.

St Michael’s Brewing Company: Great drinks, great vibes, and always has some fun event happening!

This is just a taste of some hidden gems in town. The full guide has the recs you won’t find on Google.

I have been seeing lots of sellers act proactively when it comes to getting their homes ready for the market… Here’s a timeline tip for you:

🔥 If you need your home to be sold by November or December, you don’t need to wait until October to get in on the market.

⏰ I am listing homes in early August that need to be sold by November.

🏡 While every home is different, our local Escambia/Santa Rosa County market can sometimes be unpredictable and vary in experience from home to home.

📆 Homes take 30-45 days to close AFTER we’ve found a buyer (in most cases). With a November 1 close date in mind, you need to be under contract by early October at the latest.

🍂 If you’re eyeing Fall 2026 as a target timeframe, the time to get prepped is today.
