Strawberry Pretzel Bar

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
4 1/2 Tbs white sugar
3/4 cups butter, melted
3/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
2 (8oz) pckgs cream cheese, softened
1 (8oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (6oz) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 (16 oz) pckg frozen strawberries

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix pretzels, sugar, and butter. Press into a 9x13 pan and bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool completely. In a medium bowl, beat powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over the cooled crust. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

In a medium bowl, stir together gelatin mix and boiling water. Mix in frozen strawberries, and stir until thawed. Pour over cream cheese mixture in pan. Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 1 hour.

INGREDIENTS
1 (8-oz.) tube crescent rolls
1 12-oz. package mini hotdogs
4 tbsp. melted butter
Coarse salt, for sprinkling

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375º. On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent sheets and tear where perforated. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles. Place one mini hotdogs on thick side of each triangle then gently roll to thinner side.Transfer to a medium baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and a sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake until golden, 12 to 15 minutes.

CUCUMBER LIMEADE

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup julienne cucumber
1.5 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
1.5 ounce simple syrup
1.5 ounce water
Splash of lemon-lime soda

DIRECTIONS
In a pint glass, muddle cucumbers. Add lime juice, syrup, water, and ice. Cap glass and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and top with a splash of soda.

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 Egas
•1 Box chocolate cake mix
•1/3 Cup water
• 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
•1 Tbsp powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, beat eggs with an electric mixer for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add cake mix, water and oil and beat on low for 2 minutes.
Line a 12x18 baking pan. Coat liner with baking spray, sides of baking sheet as well.
Pour batter onto prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
When done, remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes
While the cake is still warm, crab a linen dish towel. Sprinkle both sides of the towel with powdered sugar (to prevent cake from sticking) then lay it on top of the cake.
Holding the towel and pan together, gently flip upside down so the cake drops onto the towel, Lay on a clean surface. Remove liner. Then tightly but gently roll the cake. keeping the towel in place to separate the layers. Place the rolled cake on a cooling rack and let cool 15 minutes.
When cooled, gently unroll the cake and spread with marshmallow frosting.
Gently but tightly roll cake to form a log. Place onto a serving dish, seam side down.
Frost outside and ends with chocolate frosting.
Using a fork, create a bark-like pattern in the frosting, Garnish with cranberries, rosemary, and any other fun winter decor that might fit your Yule Lag scene!

Mac & Cheese

INGREDIENTS
1 (8 oz) pckg elbow macaroni
1 (8 oz) pckg shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz) container cottage cheese
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until done; drain. In a 9x13 baking dish, stir together macaroni, Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle topping over macaroni. Bake 30 - 35 minutes, or until top is golden.

These bite-size snacks are an easy way to use your leftover turkey! And a perfect holiday party appetizer or personal little snack too!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 Pack of crackers, your choice
• 8 oz of Brie
• 1 Cup of cooked turkey
• 1/2 Cup of Cranberry sauce

DIRECTIONS
Place 10 crackers on a plate, or more if you have extra ingredients! On a microwave safe plate make 10 cracker sized piles of turkey. Add the brie to the turkey piles. Microwave turkey and brie for 40 seconds, or until the cheese is melted. Top with your choice of cranberry sauce. Garnish with mint or basil and enjoy!

PRO TIP
Get creative! You could exclude the turkey from several to have a couple vegetarian bites. Or you could go wild and sprinkle some leftover stuffing on top of these delicious snacks!

Decadent and delicious. These Pumpkin Cheesecake Delights are the perfect fall treat!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 spice cake mix + ingredients as per box
• 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
• 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 2 teaspoons half and half
• 1 bag white chocolate candy melts
• Ground cinnamon for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Prepare the cake according to the directions on the box. Let cool completely. Add the cream cheese, half and half, and pumpkin puree to a bowl. Beat the ingredients until they come together. Slice the cake into 10 pieces. With the mixer on the lowest setting, drop the cake pieces into the pumpkin cream cheese mixture one at a time. Don’t overmix. Roll 1-inch balls of the mixture and set them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Line a second baking sheet with parchment paper for the dipped cake balls. Melt the chocolate according to the directions on the package. Using a fork, dip each cake ball into the chocolate. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off. Using a toothpick, gently slide the cake ball off the fork onto the parchment paper. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Repeat until all the cake balls have been dipped and sprinkled. Refrigerate the cake balls for 1 hour to allow the chocolate to harden. Serve chilled, and enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Food coloring (any preferred color)
Candy eyeballs (large)
Black icing (optional)
Candy melts (optional)

Directions:

Prepare the Base: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once
melted, add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.

Add Color: Once the marshmallows are fully melted, add green food coloring (or any color you want your monsters to be) and mix well.

Mix with Cereal: Remove the saucepan from heat and gently stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated with the colored marshmallow mixture.

Shape the Treats: Grease your hands with butter or cooking spray, then scoop out portions of the Rice Krispy mixture and form into round, monsterlike shapes (about the size of a small ball).

Alternatively, you can spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan and cut into squares after it cools.

Decorate the Monsters:
While the treats are still slightly warm, press a large candy eyeball into the center of each one. For an extra spooky touch, use black icing to create a scar or mouth for your monsters.

Optionally, drizzle with melted candy melts in a contrasting color for added holiday flair.

Pumpkin Spice Syrup - Try it with lattes, baked goods, or fruit!

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. pureed pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup water

DIRECTIONS
Pour water into a small saucepan, over low heat. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Heat to medium, stirring constantly until all the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Pour into a jar with a tightly-fitting lid and refrigerate.

Enjoy the deliciously warm aroma of this fall holiday classic that reminds you of home.

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 gallon fresh apple cider
• 2 tablespoons mulling spices
• Apple slices, cinnamon sticks, cranberries, and anise

DIRECTIONS
Pour fresh apple cider into a heavy-bottom saucepan (or slow cooker) and set it on medium-high heat. Place your mulling spices into a fabric bag and toss it into your pot. Stir occasionally, squeezing the bag of spices with a spoon, just as you would with a tea bag. Heat the cider until it is hot and flavorful; then set the temperature to warm. You can add apple slices if you choose. Serve in a mug garnished with a cinnamon stick, cranberries,
and anise.

PRO TIP
For those 21 years and over, add a splash of your favorite liquor for a bit of fun!
