A REVIEW LIKE THIS ONE FAR EXCEEDS THE MONEY BY THE LASTING SATISFACTION THAT I GET FROM BEING A REALTOR!!!
There are a lot of realtors from whom to choose to market your property, and I carefully considered whom to hire to market my home of forty-five years in Villa Sabine on Pensacola Beach. I had a lot of realtors who wanted the listing on the home, for it has long been one the most beautiful structures on the island. In the past, the home has been featured on magazine covers and articles as a classical Mediterranean home. I chose Charlie because of his lifetime knowledge of the area, understanding of the political climate, and sublime experience in the building trades. Charlie understood my attachment, even love of the property, and guided me as a friend through the entire process. Charlie understands people and stewarded the sale with uncommon ease. Not only did he facilitate the sale, but he set me up with an exceptional builder to construct my new home on Escambia Bay. Charlie even found me a good local guy to truck away all my furniture and stuff I had hoarded for more than four decades. All the time, Charlie assured me that he would make me happy, and he damn well did so. Charlie Rotenberry IMO is a credit to his profession whom I would recommend to anyone considering selling or buying a property. Thank you Charlie Rotenberry.
