In America, especially with our Government trying to take away of More & More of our Constitutional Rights. Do you think that our local body called the Santa Rosa Island Authority should be allowed to restrict parents rights to have their bedrooms furnished with these types of living arrangements in their Personal Property and Rental Units to accommodate kids and young adults?

Keep in mind that not only will the county take quiet a major reduction in sales and SRIA taxes but, when vacationers are denied the number of occupants that they need for their vacation rental, what will they do? RENT ELSEWHERE!

I urge all Realtors to stand up for Private Property Rights!

All of these problems on Short Term Rentals rights that our clients have on Pensacoka and all other beaches are a result of failure

to enforce existing laws, codes, and regulations by the County.

They are trying to Throw The Baby Out With The Bath Water because of our Commissioners failure to fund Code Enforcement Officers needed.

Please show up and protect our past and future customers that will not only see their Rental Income Suffer but, their Property Values will significantly decrease because of these unfair regulations.

Now is the time to get involved and help come up with fair decisions instead of this Power Play that the PBA, who only speaks for a minority 272 members out of 4,200 Lease Holders on our beautiful beach.

IT’S YOUR BUSINESS, SO GET INVOLVED AND STOP THIS CANCER!

ATTN: All Pastors, Priests, Ministers, and Christian’s

I fight against the churches not being political. LBJ instituted what I call is a GAG ORDER on all churches by threatening them with losing their Tax Exempt Status in 1947. Since then most pastors of churches, except for Black churches, are afraid to urge their congregations to get out and vote because of that 501 C3-6 Tax Exempt Status.

We are at a critical turning point for the worst in our country’s history with the enemy getting very close to infiltrating all areas of Local, State, and Washington government if we don’t maintain control of our government and fight the Democrat Socialists of America Party.

Working to get out the vote to fight the evil that exists in many anti Christian candidates, I have approached Pastors to simply urge their congregations to get out and vote for the candidates that most closely follow the teachings of JESUS CHRIST. You would think that this would be NO PROBLEM!

It would immediately eliminate the candidates that are Pro Abortion, Pro Gender Mutilation, Pro elimination of God,Anti Jews, and many other evil political platforms looking to bring our country down. YET THEY RESIST, I DON’T GET IT! Re:Charlie Rotenberry

The Bible tells us to stand up to the evil one, resist the devil and he will flee. People need to do their homework before it’s to late ⏰ it’s getting awful close. I believe God gave us a chance when he gave us TRUMP! I don’t understand how people can’t see it but it says in the bible at the end of times peoples eyes and ears will be closed to the truth.

I hope everyone had a great Blue Angels week even if you didn’t come to Pensacola Beach. As I scurried around Thursday-Saturday trying out different vantage points to try and keep up with Supersonic jets. I get these text messages from my Seller Eva Slusher @ 513 Ft Pickens Road.

“You cannot even imagine the view y’all are missing!

I don’t care where you’re watching it from… It’s highly unlikely to be better than this.

Actually… I’m reconsidering selling🤣🤣🤣

I actually think they use my house as a marker for their turns…

Wait till you see some of the pictures and videos!”

What’s a Realtor to do when I’m dripping wet, trying to run around and get good pictures? If you are Charlie Rotenberry, you turn it into a testimonial about the best top observation point and picture bonanza at your new listing!
