Tree beautification plans are currently underway for the construction improvements at 425 Warwick Street in Gulf Breeze. The plans have been approved and permitted by the City of Gulf Breeze, Santa Rosa County, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
These plans took the entire existing environmental footprint into consideration and include:
- Placement of the house so as to harmonize with existing vegetation, surrounding homes and existing stormwater drainage conditions.
- Placement of the house per the original 1950s-existing platted setbacks.
- Placement of the septic system in the front yard so that the home owners can easily connect to incoming sewer when made available and in alignment with the City Of Gulf Breeze Septic Tank Elimination Program (STEP) plan.
- Servicing of trees on the site by trimming and maintaining them for their health so that they will thrive moving forward.
- Removal of a minimum number of trees. The trees are being removed per Florida statutes and City of Gulf Breeze ordinances.
Swann Homes will plant three trees on the site as part of the construction improvement plans and not as part of any required statute or ordinance.
