Shake Shack is officially coming to Tanger Outlets in Foley as part of a major renovation now underway.

The 500,000+ square foot outlet mall is adding roughly 20,000 square feet of dedicated dining space, with room for up to eight new restaurant concepts. Shake Shack is the first confirmed name, and it’ll be the chain’s second Alabama location and first in the Gulf South market. Expect made-to-order Angus beef burgers, Crinkle Cut fries, and frozen custard.

Tanger says the redesign will include expanded patios and walkable dining zones built for longer visits, day into night.

More restaurant announcements are expected as construction continues.
