Hey beach lovers! We love keeping the vibes breezy and relaxed down here, but today we need to pause the fun for a quick, serious moment to protect our amazing guests.

We’ve been made aware that some of our guests have received scam emails appearing to come from Reed Real Estate. These emails are asking for rental deposits via Zelle or ACH transfers, specifically using the email address [email protected].

🚫 Please note: This is NOT us, and that email address is completely fraudulent. We take your security and peace of mind incredibly seriously. To keep your vacation funds safe, remember our golden rules for booking:

💳 Secure Guest Portal Only: We will only ever ask you to pay through your official, secure guest portal.

📞 Give Us a Shout: The only other way we accept payment is if you call our office directly to speak with one of our team members.

❌ No Apps/Direct Wires: We will *never* ask you to wire money via Zelle, Venmo, or direct ACH to a random email.

If you ever receive an email that feels a little fishy, please don't click anything! Double-check your guest portal or give our office a quick call to verify.
