What you see VS what I see, and that’s exactly why I’m here! 💡
You drive through our new communities and see the structure in the first photo and you’re unsure. 🤨 You don’t know what size it is, what colors will it be, even what kind of exterior siding it will have… the yard has a dumpster and a port-a potty sitting in the front and there’s trash all around and no grass.. 😵💫🤣
I can look at the exterior and tell you it’s a 3 bedroom, 1611 sqft, open living space and the front bed and bath feels very separate so great for guest!! Also that that charming window in the front is to the laundry room. 😍 This is the only plan in the community that will always be built with a front porch. This also the plan with the largest pantry, it’s so big it has an air vent!! I could go on and on with this plan! 👏🏼
There’s more though.. I can help you image what it will look like. With horizontal lap siding on the gable, the colors chosen, including the beautiful granite countertops! 🤓🤓
💰 Also, that it’s available for July with a buy down rate and option money to cove closing cost and upgrades.
