Today is National Hydration Day. It is hot and humid outside, make sure you drink plenty of water....like I tell my wife if you think you have drunk enough water, drink some more!!! I know from experience that getting dehydrated is no fun!!!

American Legion Post 33 in Pensacola has started a GoFundMe campaign to help with much needed repairs to our building.
The American Legion is a great organization and deserves your support, regardless, this is a fine old building that just needs some help to get back to its formal glory. Pensacola is tearing down too many of these old buildings to make way for cookie cutter townhouses. We need to save some of our history before it is lost!!! I personally am involved with the repairs to the building and will continue to do so til we get something that the community can really be proud of!! Any help however small (or large if you are in a position to do so) will help us tremendously.
