The latest numbers are in, and we’re continuing to see a market that’s shifting—but still moving.

💲 Average sales price: $302,968 (⬆️ 6% from last year)
📅 Average days on market: 71 days
🏠 Current inventory: 2,452 homes

What does this mean?

➡️ Homes are taking a little longer to sell than they did a year ago, giving buyers more time to make informed decisions.
➡️ Home values continue to remain strong, with the average sales price increasing year over year.
➡️ Inventory is slowly growing, creating more choices for buyers while making proper pricing and marketing even more important for sellers.
