O’Neal Road Apts will be open Monday 3/23/2020.

Residents: please call the office at 228-832-4468 and/or text the manager on cell phone provided on the office voicemail before coming to office. Only work orders of an emergency nature will be completed this week.

Please follow CDC, and local, state, and national guidelines to monitor Covid-19 precautions. Things may change daily. We will update as we are given information.

Applicants: we currently do not have any units available but you are welcome to apply for the waiting list. Applications available in the box outside the door. Please read, fill out and return in office drop box. Please make sure we have a good contact phone number to follow up with your application.
