AnderCorp recently completed Phase II for the new Mississippi Department of Public Safety (Official) Headquarters, a 146,064 SF facility designed to enhance operational efficiency and interagency collaboration for DPS. Working alongside EGH Architects, the project includes an open lobby, private offices, meeting and conference rooms, common spaces, and secure controlled-access areas that support sensitive operations.
The project was delivered in phases utilizing both the Design-Bid-Build and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery methods, with AnderCorp serving as the Prime Contractor during the initial phase and later retained as CMAR for the Phase II Tenant Fit-Out packages. Throughout construction, AnderCorp also provided design-assist and value engineering services, contributing to project efficiency and cost savings.
From the expansive curtainwall systems and architectural metal panel cladding to the terrazzo flooring, glass railing systems, and campus improvements, every detail of the headquarters was carefully constructed to create a modern, functional environment that will serve Mississippi for years to come.
