If you are an experienced handyman or renovation person, we are here to offer you a consistent, stable job for the next three to six months. This job will require 40 hours per week working for either of our family communities located in Gulfport or Biloxi. Specifically, this job includes all aspects of maintenance, including minor repairs and remodeling of 19 mobile homes. To get this done, you will complete each home from start to finish. Responsibilities:
1. Familiarize yourself with our rent-ready home standards, seeing the rent-ready checklist, and visuals of past homes.
2. You can go into each vacant home to make a thorough inspection of the damage and repairs that need to be done.
3. Make the appropriate repairs to the vacant homes to make them rent ready.
