Today kicks off with the 17th Annual View the Cruise Sunset Concert. Live music starts at noon, with Joni Compretta & Baytown Groove at 4 PM and Ryan Foret & Foret Tradition at 7 PM.

Then tomorrow, October 4, the main View the Cruise event fills Downtown Gulfport from 8 AM–5 PM with classic cars, plenty to see, and that Cruisin’ the Coast atmosphere everyone waits for all year.

Things kick off Saturday, October 3 with the View the Cruise Sunset Concert in Downtown Gulfport, followed by the main View the Cruise event on Sunday. Then Monday, Cruise Central opens at Jones Park and the Coast really gets rolling.

Most homeowners I talk to have never actually sat down and run this number.

What your home is worth today, minus what you still owe on it. That's it. That's your equity.

Here's what surprises people. They run it expecting bad news, and a lot of them find out they're sitting on enough to make the next move possible right now. A bigger place, a smaller place, closer to the water, closer to the grandkids. Whatever's been on the back burner.

Reviews like this are why I never treat a real estate deal like it’s “just another transaction.”

Finding the right home can take patience, late-night calls, last-minute contracts, and a lot of persistence. I’m always willing to put in that extra effort if it helps my clients get where they’re trying to go.

This one ended with a dream home in Gulfport, and that’s a pretty good ending.
