Lately I’m too busy serving people to make “just closed” posts. But, this one deserves it…

I had the pleasure of working alongside the amazing Kelsie Parker | MS Realtor, of Epique Realty | Kelsie Parker , to help our buyer client, Christian, to buy his first home!! I can’t say enough good things about her work ethic and her talent!! And, she’s an even better human!! ❤️

We got this house under contract in the 2nd day on market and all three of us rode every up and down together (like a team) to get our clients to the closing table!

While it’s true, agents are definitely “competition” to one another—I’ve learned that transactions are so much smoother when viewing other agents as collaborative partners, rather than adversaries!!

Kelsie and Mary are just two of MANY amazing agents on the MS Coast I know who share this mindset, and it was such a privilege to get this deal done together!
