>>> Fair warning: not all clients are created equal, and these two just set the bar pretty high. Every client brings something unique to the table, and these two brought a whole blueprint!! Haha I have worked with a lot of buyers, and every once in a while I am reminded just how special this process can be.

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is passing along the little tips and tricks I’ve picked up over the years, the things that make this process smoother, less stressful, and honestly just more fun. A week ago I suggested to these buyers that they measure their furniture, drop everything into a shared note, and bring a tape measure to showings so we could check room dimensions on the spot.

Last night they walked in and surprised me in the best possible way!

They had hand-drawn their furniture with measurements, a full size chart, right there on paper and ready to go. Honestly, it was the kind of moment that stops you and makes you just appreciate everything.

Here is the thing.. Buying a home is one of the most monumental steps you will ever take, and I do not take lightly the trust my clients place in me to guide them through it. I will show up prepared and in your corner every single step of the way, no matter where you are starting from. But when buyers come to the table with this kind of attention to detail and this level of intention? It does not just make my job easier. It makes the entire experience feel like something worth celebrating.

The little extra steps go such a long way, and I notice every single one of them. Clients like these are not just a pleasure to work with. They are a privilege to work for.

This was such a fun project I got to partner on recently, and if you know me, you know I have a slight obsession with wax seal stamps. What can I say, it was a labor of love, but honestly it felt more like an art project than work and I am not complaining one bit. Sometimes the smallest touches make the biggest impression.!!
