Gulf Coast Monthly Market Stats for May 2026. 📈🏠

The number of homes sold on the Gulf Coast in May was 615, a 1% increase from last year, while the average price also increased 5% to $259,000 compared to 2025. Homes are on the market for an average of 70 days, a 10-day jump from this time in 2025, and monthly inventory has gone up to 2,405 listings (1% decrease).

GCAR members rolled up their sleeves and broke out their drills this morning to build ramps for MISSISSIPPI Heroes Ramp it Up Program! 🪚💪

These ramp modules will be installed on site at homes across the Gulf Coast for local residents with limited or restricted mobility.

Realtors are Good Neighbors and are constantly giving back in our communities.
