I have reduced the price on this house, considerably, and have seen no increase in the interest from potential buyers. It may just be a recent drop in interest for waterfront homes in my price range. I'm hopeful of that. It is a beautiful home, just waiting for its next owner. If you know of anyone who might have an interest, please let me know!
