What an emotional roller coaster the sale of this home has been! You learn quickly in this business that sellers are emotional because they have all the memories of that home and all the life that has been lived in it. Well, this is my brother's and sister n law's home they built after Katrina. So many memories have been made here for myself and my children included. A few days before closing, I went to this empty home and just walked around and took a good, and hard last look with tears rolling down my face. It made me sad for my sister n law as I also remembered all the excitement of it being built! I have to remind myself, and them, of all the new memories they will be making being back down in the Bay! We are all looking forward to that next adventure/chapter in life and am looking forward to making many more with them!
