Some real estate transactions are smooth, and then some truly test everyone involved. This one definitely fell into the second category.

There were moments during this build where I think all of us wondered if we’d ever make it to the closing table. This purchase kept us on our toes from start to finish. But through it all, our buyers stayed focused on their vision and trusted the process. And WOW was it worth it!

Seeing this home finally come together was incredible. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen by the buyers, from the floor plan to the lot to the colors and finishes, and it turned into one of the most beautiful new builds I’ve ever seen.

So thankful for clients who trusted us to walk through the crazy with them, and so excited for them to finally enjoy the home they worked so hard to create.

Shout out to one of my favorite builder reps Emily Carter - DSLD Homes for working tirelessly to make sure everything worked our, to Goosehead Insurance - Ty Moore for providing great insurance coverage, and to DSLD Title for fitting out closing in first thing this morning.
