โœ…Sticky doors and windows= possible foundation issues.

It is the smell and most sellers never realize it is costing them offers.
Pet odors, mildew, last night's dinner it does not matter how beautiful your Cedar Creek Lake home looks.

I've been a Cedar Creek Lake realtor long enough to know the house you fall in love with isn't always the house you should buy.
I see it happen all the time. Someone finds a place that checks every box on paper. Great price, great photos, feels right at the showing. They close. They move in.
And then โ€” six months later, a year later โ€” something starts to feel off.
