This winter has had it downturns with increasing interest rates, low real estate inventory, and frigid weather. Looking forward to a new and bright 2023. Think positive.

Thanksgiving is past & Christmas is coming. I'm thankful for the rain that is filling Cedar Creek Lake & enjoying the cooler weather that is changing the landscape from green to heavenly yellows & reds. The touch of God's hand, His wonders on display.

Price of Residential Real Estate is beginning to drop & inventory seems to be picking up slowly. Sales are hampered by increased interest rates. It is still a very changing market. It is challenging & fun.

Appears winter is arriving again, but better than last year. Having migrated from California's coast, where there is little in seasonal changes, to the Midwest with rumbling changes and then to Texas, it will be nice to see the change. Hard to appreciate Spring & Fall without noticeable change.
Have a great next 3 or 4 days.

After all the rain it's nice to see the sun, but I'm thinking this might be a hot summer. Things for me are kinda slow. Sellers are hesitant and so are Buyers.
What the future is, regarding the "New Normal", is unknown which is scary. My feeling is to protect myself & others as best as possible, help those in need, & live according to my faith.
If anyone needs help, I will do what I can.
