Celebrate the State We Love.

Protect Homeownership and the Profession We Serve.

On August 1st, we’ll celebrate Colorado Day and the 150th anniversary of our great state. For a century and a half, Colorado has been built on the principles of opportunity, hard work, and the freedom to own property. As REALTORS®, we have the privilege—and the responsibility—of helping protect those values for generations to come.

The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) ensures our industry has an impactful voice when decisions affecting homeownership, private property rights, housing affordability, and real estate are made at the Capitol and in communities across Colorado. Your investment helps REALTORS® advocate for practical policies that strengthen our profession and protect property owners' interests across the state.

In honor of Colorado Day, consider making an RPAC investment at one of these commemorative levels: https://forms.rpac.realtor/fundraise/formid/2026-co-colorado-day-event/

Thank you for your continued commitment to the real estate profession and for helping shape the next chapter of Colorado's story.

I'm sure many of you have already heard the news, but our community has lost another longtime REALTOR® and cherished Crested Butte resident. Cathy Steinberger passed away after a courageous battle with lymphoma and complications related to the disease.

Cathy dedicated many years to serving clients and our community through her work with Coldwell Banker Bighorn Realty and, more recently, Mountain Properties. She was a familiar face in the real estate community and touched the lives of many through her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to Crested Butte.

Our thoughts and condolences go out to Cathy's family, friends, colleagues, and all who knew and loved her. She will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life honoring Cathy will be planned in the coming months, and details will be shared when they become available.
