Busy real estate weekend! I clocked a bunch of miles driving all over DFW providing virtual showings for my out of state investor clients, had to kill a little time between showings with a shopping spree at Buc-ees, checked in on my new construction house (Sheetrock!! Yay!), and tried to survive torrential rains and crazy Texas weather! We got this cute house under contract despite multiple competing offers(this price point is hot!).
