Gunter Elementary has earned an overall "A" rating, the highest "A" in our school’s history since the state of Texas began this accountability system in 2018–19.

We not only received an "A" in Student Achievement, but we also earned an "A" in Academic Growth with our highest score ever. In addition, we set a new school record in the federal category Closing the Gaps.

This accomplishment is a reflection of the true grit and dedication of our teachers and students. We could not be more proud of the work being done at Gunter Elementary.

Just one week ago, we were celebrating something big in our small town — the Grand Re-Opening of Little Tiger Academy! 🎉✂️

We loved seeing the Gunter community show up in full force for bounce houses, games, Touch-A-Truck fun, and local businesses under the big top. 🎪🚒
