You know, a good fisherman or hunter won't tell you his favorite spot. Much like the big investors won't tell you "IT'S A GOOD TIME TO BUY REAL ESTATE!" while buying up houses across the country only to rent and let hard working people pay for them. Don't listen to the news reports that are paid for by these investors. Waiting costs you money and your family's happiness.
