1. What made you want to become a real estate agent? i previously worked as a corporate sales manager, which involved traveling. Real Estate allows me to continue serving the public while providing the autonomy of controlling my schedule.

2. What’s your favorite part of helping clients? Taking the complicated process of buying a home and making it simple for my clients.

4. What’s your favorite way to spend a day off? Spending time with my family.

5. What’s something most people don’t know about you? In my family, the name Jacob has been passed down from father to son since the year 1685. I had the honor of passing the name to my son in 2021.

1. What made you want to become a real estate agent?
What better honor is there than helping someone find their safe place, their home? Helping families find the place they will call home is not just my profession—it's my privilege.

2. What’s your favorite part of helping clients?
My favorite part of helping clients is guiding them through what can sometimes be a stressful and confusing process. My goal is to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible while providing honest communication, guidance, and support along the way.

3. What’s one thing every homebuyer should know?
Buying a home is a journey, not just a transaction. There will be moments that feel exciting, overwhelming, and sometimes stressful. Don't be afraid to ask questions. The goal isn't just to buy a house—it's to find the place you'll call home.

4. What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
My favorite way to spend a day off is spending quality time making memories with my family. However, Real Estate is never far from my mind and I'm always available to take a call from a client. Helping people doesn't stop just because it's my day off!

5. What’s something most people don’t know about you?
When I was much younger, in my college days, I dreamed of becoming an airline stewardess. I loved the idea of traveling, meeting new people and helping others along the way. While that career path didn't end up being my destination, I'm so grateful for where life led me instead. Real estate has given me the opportunity to connect with amazing people, serve my community, and help families find a place to call home. Looking back, I wouldn't change a thing—I'm thankful my path changed and brought me to a career that I truly love.

1. What made you want to become a real estate agent? After moving and settling in Guntersville, I realized that I had an opportunity to share this marvelous place in which to live with others by getting my Realtor license and assisting others looking to find a new place to live their lives to the fullest.

2. What’s your favorite part of helping clients? I am a natural helper in all facets of my life, it comes very natural to me. My favorite part about helping clients is the relationships that are foraged with what is at first, a complete stranger, and how quickly we become lifelong friends.

3. What’s one thing every homebuyer should know? If a homebuyer were to choose me as their Realtor, they will not be alone in the crazy, sometimes complicated home search/buying process, I will be there for every step of the way to help navigate my clients through the process with their hopes and dreams in mind.

4. What’s your favorite way to spend a day off? I am not sure what that actually looks like. I answer my phone practically 24/7. I love spending time outside with my lap dogs and free range chickens reading a good book.

5. What’s something most people don’t know about you? My husband of now 8 years and I were raised as only children in our family, and that makes for a quiet household!
