We helped a lot folks buy or sell in the Guntersville area this past month. Here are few of our favorite stories:
🏡 155 Ashworth Lane - They moved to be in a house that's in a better neighborhood for their family which also happened to be super close to other families that they know so their kids can grow up together, it was such an amazing opportunity for the McCord family!
🏡 1246 Whitesville Rd - This family was a blended household and they moved into a new home so that all of their children could go to the same school, be close to sports, and have a home convenient to local dining and activities.
🏡 3824 Browns Valley Rd - These sellers put their house on the market so that they could find another home that had more space for their family on more land.
🏡 2247 Bethleham Rd - This was a family estate property that was ready for a new chapter and welcomed a family looking for more room.
🏡 5212 Pitts St - The buyer moved here from Texas to be able to take care of her parents. Selling this home brought the previous family a lot of closure regarding personal matters. It was truly a happy ending for both sides of this transaction.
🏡 6200 Dalewood Ln - The couple who bought this home have been married for 3 years and are first time home buyers!
🏡 1510 Summerchase - The family that bought this home is moving all the way from New Jersey to experience southern living, warmer weather, and life closer to their friends. The sellers actually moved to a new construction home that is just a street over!
🏡 50 Benton Lane - The previous owners of this home moved out of state due to his job. Thankfully, this one sold quickly in a little over one month!
We’ve had the opportunity to help first-time buyers hit major milestones, get deals to the table just in time to stop foreclosures, walk families through estate sales, and sell everything from farms and land to homes and commercial buildings.
It’s been a mix of challenges, problem solving, and thinking way outside the box, but that’s what keeps us going. The best part is seeing it all come together for our clients.
