Superstitions say avoid cleaning and laundry on New Year’s Day or you’ll cleanse away good fortunes. So I started strong for the 2nd day of January cleaning my car, and does anyone need about 37 lightly used MLS listing sheets, a 30 piece open house flag (I’m legit sweating after I put this thing together), or a very nice whittled stick I had to use as sign reinforcement once?? 😃🚗
