7 YEARS OF NICK MAYNARD 🎉

Today we're celebrating Nick Maynard's seven year anniversary with Riverside Management!

Nick joined us as a maintenance technician back when our entire maintenance team was just two techs. Since then he has risen to Lead Technician, Maintenance Manager, and today serves as our Director of Facilities Management... and he has been one of the best at every single one of those roles.

Nick's work ethic, his heart, and his servant's mindset show up in everything he does. He leads by example, takes care of our residents and owners like they're family, and has helped build the team and the standard we're proud of today.

Nick, thank you for seven incredible years. We are so proud to have you on the Riverside team, and we can't wait to see what's next! ❤️
