or my buyers, I make sure to learn about their family and each of their needs and wants. Rather than just throwing together an automated search, I hand pick homes with them based on their criteria. I do not limit myself to one specific area, in fact, I have traveled from showings in Waukegan to a listing in Morris in just one day! I'm an "everywhere agent" who familiarizes himself with all areas based on the needs of my clients. I have much experience in every type of property including foreclosures, new builds, short sales, single family, multi- unit, luxury, commercial, condos, and rentals. I'm very proud of my career achievements, which include multiple awards (100% Club, Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, etc.), my CDPE designation, CNE designation, and my involvement with Illinois builders through New Home Team at my brokerage. I also served as President of my BNI Chapter, am involved in SAC, and still have time to coach my daughter's PeeWee soccer team!
