One is a quick flip…

Pretty paint and new fixtures can hide a lot—
but they don’t fix what actually matters.

This is exactly why I don’t just look at how a house shows…
I look at how it was done.

Because the difference?
It shows up later.

and somehow it still looks like people live there 🙃

You start noticing everything—
the fingerprints, the shoes by the door, the one crumb that refuses to leave.

And of course…
that’s when everyone wants to come see it.

Listing a house with a family isn’t for the weak 😂
but we’ll get through it—and get it SOLD.
