FYI. The Southgate bridge is currently closed due to flooding. The Escanaba River has already flooded the park. If it gets worse the M-35 bridge may need to be closed as well. We will try to keep you updated as we hear things. For more info see Forsyth Township's FB page.

Just a quick FYI on the front yards. Smith will be coming back to flatten the front yards, add top soil, remove any roots sticking up, and will bury the shut offs just below the soil. (The mushroom looking things) . A notice will go out to the residents when that will be happening. The re-seeding of the yards will happen in the spring.

Just a quick reminder the dirt pile in the parking lot on Aircobra is not available to public. There have been a few comments made that the dirt was free to take.

Does anyone know the owner of this RV? It’s parked in our no overnight parking lot, the board would be happy to issue a short term parking permit to the owner if it is a properly registered RV.

Hello everyone

We need to reschedule tonight’s meeting two of our 4 board members are unable to attend, one may have a virus that we don’t want to pass on to anyone, and another is stuck at work. We will have a meeting this month, but it has yet to be determined, we will post here when we reschedule.

Just a heads up, a few of us will be doing a walk of the common properties looking for areas that need attention next week, Especially the inside loop of Hercules, so if you see us about don’t be alarmed, we will not knowingly cross your property, we will be using the easements. If you have any questions or concerns, please use our email address or messenger to let us know.
