Carlos Skubacz - Real Estate He was born in Anaheim, CA. In 2005, he obtained his real estate license and shortly thereafter joined Marcus & Millichap’s Long Beach office.

Carlos Skubacz through the years in real estate brokerage has built an excellent reputation among his peers and clients for great customer service and dependability. During his youth, he obtained his Eagle Scout award from the Boy Scouts of America in 1994, after high school he joined the US Marines from 1998 through 2003 along with graduating from California State University of Fullerton in 2006

with a BA degree in Finance. He received the gold star award from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department while he was employed there before starting his real estate career. My offer to the seller involved a lower price to allow relocation to the tenants. Once we were in escrow the buyer secured move out agreements with the tenants. The tenants were happy to receive the funds. One of the families will use the funds for their down payment money and have been trying to save for many years. Now they will be able to do that.
