Throughout his years with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Pat was more than a dedicated colleague. He was a dear friend and mentor to many. His leadership, compassion and steady presence guided countless team members and helped define the values that continue to inspire us today.

Meet Ryan Sanzari, President and third-generation family leader. Ryan’s journey began working summers as a laborer on our construction sites. He joined the company full time in 2011 and now oversees day-to-day operations, driving the company’s continued growth and success.

With a bachelor’s degree in political science from Villanova University and advanced certifications in Real Estate Development and Construction Project Management from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, Ryan combines hands-on experience with industry expertise.

Beyond the company, Ryan serves on the Care Plus NJ Board of Trustees, demonstrating his commitment to community and service.

Ryan’s leadership reflects the values and vision that have defined Alfred Sanzari Enterprises for eight decades.
