Those academic knowledge and professional design experience can be added as the essence on the rehab project and also making effective decision on the necessary preservation works. My office and Myself are certified REO broker with Five Star Force, Equator, Pyramid, Single Source, REO RedBook, Home Path, Res.Net. Also registered member in NRBA, NADP, VRM, HUD, THE RAINE COMPANY, DAKOA ASSET and XOME. Before joining REO, I had been in high end residential development sales for 6 years, so well resourced for the marketing information and staging skills. For the best sales, we will order the complete marketing package for professional photographs, video, floor plan and drone. In addition, we may add 3D for each propertyโ€™s the best emphasis. Like periodical Occupancy inspection, Property Preservation, Cash for Keys Negotiation, Securing, Rekey, Boarding Up, Yard Maintenance, Trash Outs, Sheriff lockout package, Repairs, Renovations, Plumbing, Electrical, Evictions. Additionally, coordinating Condo management and coop management for access or Fire inspection or chimney/dry vent certification or small board meeting for insurance, common area renovation vote in board, Eviction court, paying municipal court and tax sale tickets. For emergency, standing service with police or utility company with frozen water meter or cutting gas line in winter.
