For those who may not know me, I’m Kiera!

I’m 22 years old, and while that may be younger than what some people expect in this industry, I truly see it as one of my greatest strengths. It means I’m driven, determined, and willing to outwork anyone to make sure my clients have the best possible experience. I don’t take the trust someone places in me lightly, and I’ll fight hard for every client I have the privilege of working with.

I’ve lived in Warren County my entire life, and it’s a community I’m incredibly proud to call home. Knowing this area isn’t just part of my job, it’s part of who I am. I love helping people discover everything our local communities have to offer.

Real estate has completely changed my life. It has challenged me, pushed me outside of my comfort zone, and shown me just how meaningful it is to help people through one of the biggest milestones they’ll ever experience. My goal is to make every client feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the process. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your current one, or simply exploring your options, I hope to leave a positive impact on everyone I have the opportunity to work with.

Outside of real estate, life is just as exciting. My fiancé and I bought our first home almost a year ago, and going through that experience together gave me an even greater appreciation for what my clients are feeling throughout the buying process. We’re also counting down the days until our wedding this October, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with the people we love.

We have two dogs that we love unconditionally, and they bring so much joy to our lives. Above all else, family will always be my first priority. It’s the value that guides both my personal life and the way I serve my clients.

To me, real estate has never just been about buying or selling houses. It’s about helping people find the place where they’ll build memories, celebrate milestones, and truly feel at home. I pride myself on making my clients feel seen, heard and supported throughout their entire buying or selling process.

I’m so grateful to be on this journey, and I can’t wait to help more people achieve their real estate goals.

5 things I’m doing behind the scenes to build my real estate career 🏡✨

1️⃣ Continuing to learn
I believe there is always more to learn. I’m constantly learning from experienced agents, attending trainings, and gaining knowledge through real-life experiences. I’m grateful to be part of a brokerage that encourages growth and recently joined a team with my broker to continue expanding my skills and better serve my clients.

2️⃣ Staying informed on my local market
Real estate is always changing, and I want to make sure I’m providing my clients with the most up-to-date information. I spend time researching market trends, understanding my local communities, and learning what makes each area unique.

3️⃣ Building meaningful relationships
At the heart of real estate is connection. Whether it’s with clients, other agents, or someone I meet in my everyday life, I believe every relationship matters. You never know when a conversation or connection can turn into an opportunity to help someone.

4️⃣ Being involved in my community
Being a part of my community is something I truly value. Outside of real estate, I’m a Pilates instructor at Pulse Pilates in Hackettstown, where I get to connect with and support amazing people in the area. Building relationships and showing up for my community is something I’m passionate about.

5️⃣ Preparing for future clients
Behind every successful transaction is preparation. I’m creating systems, organizing resources, and continuing to build my business so that when someone trusts me with one of their biggest decisions, I’m ready to support them every step of the way.

Today marks a special milestone as I officially graduate from the Realty One Group Next Door Mentor Program! 🎉

Thank you for guiding me through every transaction, answering every phone call and text, and always being there whenever I had a question. You were my first call when I needed advice, reassurance, or another perspective, and your patience, knowledge, and encouragement helped me build the confidence I have today.
