Born and raised in Moorestown, Colleen proudly attended Moorestown High School and enjoyed many years working at hometown favorites: Peter Pan Bakery and Sunnybrook Swim Club. She attended the University of Delaware, where she pursued a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary and Special Education. Colleen spent almost nine years of her career teaching Language Arts and Social Studies at Haddonfield Middle School and devoted time to coaching the girl’s soccer team at Haddonfield Memorial High School. After moving her family across the world to reside in Tokyo, Japan, she settled back in Haddonfield with her husband, Mike, and three sons. She remains active in the South Jersey community serving as the PTA President at her children's elementary school and serves on the board for the Haddonfield Japanese Exchange. When she’s not busy helping clients with their real estate needs, you can find Colleen on the sidelines of football, baseball, and hockey games cheering on her boys. Colleen’s life experiences, both teaching and moving across the world ultimately pointed her in the direction of real estate. She applies her skills of impeccable communication, patience, flexibility, and compassion to help her clients. Colleen’s empathy and personal touch are felt during every transaction. 🎉 Congratulations to Sam and Bobby on the purchase of their new home in Haddon Township!

✨ This one was so much fun from the very start. From our first call, we knew it was going to be a great fit, and by the time they came in for their buyer consultation, we had completely lost track of time talking about everything we had in common and swapping favorite local spots. Shout out to Kings Road Brewing Company, which they visited right after we met (and Jess gave them a ride over)!

📱 From there, our group text became our favorite kind of chaos. Lots of laughs, some very well earned sarcastic comments, listings and pictures flying back and forth, a little serious business mixed in, and of course a few appearances from “Pam” along the way.

🏡 When we found the one, we put together an offer that was not initially accepted, but we let the sellers know we would be very happy to remain a back up in case anything changed. A couple of days later, they came back to us, and we were ready to rock!

🩷 One of the best parts of this business is when clients become friends. This was definitely one of those searches, and we are very happy that our group text does not seem to be slowing down anytime soon.

🫶🏻 There are some really exciting projects ahead for this house, including one we already cannot wait to see finished, the coolest garage bar on Emerald. Also… please send us your contractor for the garage bar so we can hire her for upcoming projects! 😂 We fully expect to be toasting to the new space in there soon.

🎉 Congratulations to this amazing family on the purchase of their beautiful new Haddonfield home!

✨ We searched for a few months and looked at homes throughout Haddonfield and the surrounding South Jersey towns, but Haddonfield was always where they wanted to be. After losing out on a few homes along the way, this one ended up being worth the wait.

🏡 We were actually initially told our offer on this house wasn’t accepted, but when the first deal fell through, the seller came back to us. The home had such great bones, and they had visions for how to update and personalize it to make it their own. I can’t wait to see the transformation and all their ideas come to life!

🫶🏻 Closing day itself turned into a bit of a marathon, but we got it done, and now this amazing family officially gets to call Haddonfield home.

🤍 They have such a beautiful house to make their own, including what might genuinely be one of the best porches in town. I can’t wait to see them get settled in and enjoy everything Haddonfield has to offer each season! Congratulations again!!

🎉 Congratulations to both the Buyers and Sellers on the sale of 30 Harding in Cherry Hill!

✨ Not all transactions are this smooth, but working together with both sides on this one made the whole thing an absolute joy. The Sellers had been renting this property for several years, and when their tenants decided to break the lease early, they knew it was the perfect time to close this chapter and put the home on the market.

🏡 Once we got it ready, we brought in the so incredibly talented Meant to Bee Home | Interior Decorator & Stager to stage every inch of it, and they absolutely nailed the mid-century modern vibes. From there we rolled it out as a Compass Coming Soon and lined up a weekend of Open Houses. It didn’t take long before we were in multiple offers.

💛 Enter the Buyers, who saw the vision from day one. They loved the Erlton neighborhood, they wanted a home they could put their own touches on, and they wanted the space to grow and make it truly theirs. Over the last couple of months they have been so hard at work redoing the floors, the kitchen, the bathrooms, and we genuinely cannot wait to see how the whole transformation turns out.

🩷 We never take for granted when transactions are seamless and both sides are respectful & caring towards one another. On closing day the sellers and buyers got to meet one another and pass the torch knowing the home was in the best hands!

✨ It’s always so special when I get to help someone I’ve known for a long time. I grew up with Betsie’s daughters in Moorestown, so when she called and asked if I would come take a look at her home as she was getting ready to move across the country to be closer to one of them, it truly meant so much to me.

🏡 From the very start, Betsie was so intentional about the process. Instead of rushing to list, she took the time to prepare the house the right way. Together we mapped out the most important projects to give her the biggest return on her investment, and she followed through on every single one of them so beautifully. By the time we hit the market, the house was absolutely show ready, and you could genuinely feel how much thought and care had gone into every corner.

✨ About three years ago, work first brought the Bull family to South Jersey, and I had the opportunity to help them find this home and get settled in a neighborhood they quickly came to love. I still remember that time so well, so having them call me again when another work opportunity was taking them out of state truly meant so much.

🏡 Over those three years, they poured so much love and care into this home. Beyond maintaining it beautifully, they made so many thoughtful updates throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and exterior, and you could genuinely feel how loved the home was the moment you walked through the door.

🎉 They say the third time’s a charm, but for us it took a fourth! After some time on the hunt and a few near misses along the way, my clients finally secured one of these coveted units at 22 Washington, and I could not be more thrilled for them.

🏙️ These units do not come around often, and every time one opens up, the competition is fast. We stayed patient, kept trying, and never lost sight of what they truly wanted. Watching them chase this one down with such determination made this moment feel even sweeter.

🏡 Congratulations to Mike and Theresa on their beautiful new home in Barclay! From day one, this was the neighborhood they had their hearts set on, and after months of searching, they finally landed exactly where they were meant to be.

🗺️ We looked at so many houses along the way, in and out of Barclay, always circling back to what they truly wanted. Every open house and every drive by only reminded them that Barclay was home. Watching them stay patient and trust the process was such a gift, and this one turned out to be worth every step of the search.

🏡 Congratulations to the sweetest family on their beautiful new home in Haddonfield! After nearly two years of searching, we finally found the one, and it was worth every second of the journey.

👶 I still remember starting this search with their youngest as a baby in a carrier, and now he’s already running around the backyard living his best life. We saw so many houses along the way, and while there were a few close contenders, they always stayed true to what they really wanted for their family.

✨ The moment this house hit the market, we knew it was special. The second we walked through the front door, Rachel’s face said it all. From the entertaining spaces, to the backyard, walkability to town, basement, and guest suite for visiting family, it checked every box.
