My client’s cash offer was initially accepted, then her offer got beat out by another cash offer…..and now fast forward two months later she ended up closing on this house due to the original buyer backing out the day before their closing! Just sold in Bordentown, NJ! Dustin, a friend of mine, was my VERY FIRST CLIENT when I began my career in Real Estate. I helped him rent out his rental property back in 2018.
